This short graphic novel chronicles the backstory of one of Firefly/Serenity fans’ favorite characters — Shepherd Book. The dialogue and story stayed true to Firefly/Serenity, and I appreciated finally getting some answers to those unanswered questions that the series didn’t get a chance to reveal. Overall, a good addition to any Firefly/Serenity fan’s collection.
